Yet again London Overground private provider - Arriva - are trying to make more profit at our expens
Yet again the London Overground provider Arriva (aka Deutsche Bahn) are trying to increase their profits. We've caught them trying to introduce a one-way system at Brockley Station (stupidity) and now they want to close ticket offices and employ less staff. How on Earth is this good for passengers?
