Care leavers exempt from council tax in Lewisham

Recently, as Lewisham Council, we took the decision to exempt care leavers from council tax. Not only is this the right thing to do, but an example of a Labour Council in action. The Children's Society has produced a podcast HERE that provides the context for the Council's decision.
