Save #ourNHS Demo 4th March
Yesterday I attended and marched for our NHS in central London. It was a bit hard on my back, as I am currently recovering from a trapped nerve. Yet, I had to go. The NHS has saved my life three times, the most recent time was 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with leukaemia. Without free at the point of use, public healthcare, I would not be writing this post.
People from across the UK descended on Tavistock Place and we marched and we marched to Parliament Square. Jeremy Corbyn gave a magnificent speech amongst others. It was a privilege to be apart of such a historical event.
We must not let the Conservative Government take away our NHS. Stop the cuts. Stop privatisation.
