I work for UNISON and speak to public sector workers every day. If elected on May 6th, I will challenge the need within the Labour Council for inappropriate, inefficient and short-term profit motivated private sector companies. I see the damage these providers do to suppress wages, demoralise staff and squeeze every last penny from the workers pay packets.
